IT Basecamp operates an enterprise-grade IT help desk for clients between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Typically support is handled remotely and through our online ticketing system, but can also include site visits where appropriate. Corporate clients can access this service at a cost of $160/hour, plus parts, on an as-needed basis.
Alternatively, clients can sign up for an ongoing service agreement contract that covers support. The hourly rate under contract is reduced and also includes emergency-only support on weekends and public holidays.
To activate a support ticket, email details of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. The automated ticketing system creates a support ticket from this email and it is then directed to the appropriate technician to be resolved.
