Step 1

• Open Mail
  
• Click on the Mail menu, and select Preferences.
  
• Click on the Accounts tab.
  
• Click on the + button.

• Change the Account Type to POP.
  
• The Account Description is the label you want to apply to this account. Enter something like IT Basecamp Email.
  
• Enter your name into Full Name, or your business name if you prefer.<br />>

• Enter mail.itb.net.au into the Incoming Mail Server field.
  
• Enter your IT Basecamp username into the User Name field.
  
• Enter your password into the Password field.
