Step-by-step guide
Step 1
- Open Mail
- Click on the Mail menu, and select Preferences.
- Click on the Accounts tab.
- Click on the + button.
Step 2
- Change the Account Type to POP.
- The Account Description is the label you want to apply to this account. Enter something like IT Basecamp Email.
- Enter your name into Full Name, or your business name if you prefer.<br />>
- Enter your full IT Basecamp email address into Email Address; ie '

- Click on the Continue button.
Step 3
- Enter mail.itb.net.au into the Incoming Mail Server field.
- Enter your IT Basecamp username into the User Name field.
- Enter your password into the Password field.
- Click on the Continue button.
Step 4
Enter mail.itb.net.au into the Outgoing Mail Server field, and click Continue.
Step 5
Click on the Continue button again and then click Done.
Congratulations! You have now set up your IT Basecamp email address.
