How to Save User Defined Rules and Alerts |
Step-by-step guide
Step 1
Open Microsoft Outlook.
Step 2
Click on Tools in the menu bar, then click on Rules and Alerts…
Step 3
Click on Options

Step 4
Click on Export Rules…

Step 5
Save the file to a location you can remember and access in the future - such as the Desktop.

Step 6
Click Save.
