• Open Entourage.
  
• Click on the Tools menu, and select Accounts.

• Click on the New button.
  
• Make sure the Account Type is set to POP, and hit OK.
  
• The Account Name is the label you want to apply to this account. Enter something like IT Basecamp Email.
  
• Enter your name into Your Name, or your business name if you prefer.
  
• Enter your full IT Basecamp email address into E-mail address; ie ' This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it '.
  
• Enter your IT Basecamp username into the Account ID field.
  
• Enter mail.itb.net.au into the POP server field.
  
• Enter your password into the Password field.
  
• Finally, enter mail.itb.net.au into the SMTP server field, and hit OK. You can now close the Accounts window.
