Step-by-step guide
Step 1
Open Microsoft Outlook XP
Note: If it is the first time you have loaded Outlook XP, you may be presented with a wizard to setup your email. If so, skip to Step 4.
Step 2
Click on Tools in the menu bar, the click on Email Accounts
Step 3
Select radio button Add a new e-mail account, then click Next
Step 4
Select radio button POP3
Step 5
- In the Your Name: field, type in your full name
- In the E-mail Address: field, type your IT Basecamp username or mail account with the suffix of '@yourdomain.com.au'. ie. Basecamp.on">

- In the Incoming mail server (POP3): and Outgoing mail server (SMTP): field, type mail.itb.net.au
- In the User Name field, type in your IT Basecamp username or mail account name
- In the Password: field, type in the corresponding password for the above username
- Once completed, click Next
Step 6
Click on the Finish button
Step 7
To send and receive emails, simply click on the Send/Receive button.
