Toner and Ink Cartridge Stock
Some of our suppliers are closing over the Christmas/New Year period, so we are urging clients to check they have plenty of toner or ink cartridges in stock for printers and fax machines.
If you would like to place an order, please email it to orders@itb.net.au by Monday 17 December 2007.
Non-Contract Clients
The office will be closed to non-contract clients from 21 December 2007 – 7 January 2008.
Contract Clients
Staff will be available to assist contract clients throughout the Christmas/New Year period, however, emergency rates will apply if you need assistance after normal business hours, weekends or on a public holiday.
Summer Weather
Although summer to date has left little to be desired please don’t become complacent with hot weather and the health of your running servers. If you are closing your office for the Christmas period we can arrange to help you shutdown equipment. If not it is best that you leave air conditioners running on high settings (e.g. 25 degrees) to prevent damage to equipment. If you need further advice please contact us.
